Recipe: Apple Crumble
Ingredients
- 10 apples – sliced (optional to peel)
- 1/2 cup water for apples
- 1/2 lemons juiced.
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 3/4 cup oats
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds (optional)
- 1/2 cup sugar or honey
- 2 tsp mixed spice
- 1/2 cup oil or butter(melted)
- 1/4 cup water for crumble.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celcius
- Simmer apples in water and lemon juice for 10 minutes
- Mix dry ingredients
- Whisk together water and oil then mix with dry ingredients
- Mix apples with some of the crumble and then top off that with remaining crumble.
- Bake in a dish for 30 min

Good with rhubarb, blackberries…
