Recipe: 24 Hour Summer Salad
Ingredients
- 1 Head of Iceberg Lettuce
- 1 Small Red onion sliced thin
- 1 Cauliflower in small bite size pieces
- 1/2 lb Bacon cut into small bites
- 1/4 cup grated Fresh Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup of Hellman’s mayonnaise
Instructions
- Place lettuce in bottom of large round salad bowl
- Cover with thinly sliced onion
- Sprinkle cauliflower bits
- Sprinkle bacon bits
- Gently spread mayonnaise over ingredients.
- Generously sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top
- Refrigerate for 24 Hours.
Serving Ideas
Toss salad and serve with a light soup and french bread.
